Important Deadline Approaching

Dear Families of St. Paul School,

I hope that you have been enjoying the summer break so far! Please read the two VERY important messages below:

FACTS Management System Deadline for ALL FAMILIES - Tuesday, July 11

There is a very important deadline approaching that requires action from EVERY family enrolled at St. Paul School for the 2017-18 school year. ALL FAMILIES need to create an account and set up a payment plan through the FACTS Management System by Tuesday, July 11.

This includes families who are attending St. Paul's through our 4K Community Partnerships with Mukwonago and Kettle Moraine and families who receive financial support throughTuition Assistance or the WI School Choice Program.

The FACTS Management system is the program that the school uses to track all tuition transactions. Even families who do not pay St. Paul School directly must create an account and set up a payment plan in order for their child's enrollment to be valid. No money will be taken out of your account without your permission.

Tuition payments, 4K Community Partner subsidies from MASD and KM, Tuition Assistance funds, and WI School Choice funds CANNOT be applied to your account until you set up a payment plan through the FACTS Management System.

Summer Information Packets

The Summer Information Packets that are filled with school forms and other information will be available for PICK UP from the school on Monday, August 7 from 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

The packets will not be mailed this year. If you are unavailable to pick up your packet at that time we will have them available for pick up from the school and church any day after August 7.

All families will receive a copy of the 2017-18 School Calendar and the Supply List by email during the week of July 10.
