Dear Members and Friends of St. Paul Parish,
In 2006, the St. Paul Parish Community broke ground for our new
worship space. We are blessed to have such a beautiful church, a
warm, welcoming spiritual home where our parish family can
worship together, give thanks to God for our many blessings and
ask Him to help us on our journey through life. Our church,
coupled with other areas of our complex, allows us to provide
abundant space to carry out our parish mission and the work of our ministries. While a little over $3 million was raised to construct the church, our parish assumed a mortgage of $4 million. Through the hard work and generosity of many, we have reduced that mortgage obligation down to under $2.3 million.
If you have not already received a brochure you will be receiving one in the mail in the next few days. This brochure shares some a recent St. Paul Parish history and shares an overview of our
mortgage obligation and a proposed plan to address this obligation. In the brochure you’ll find details about information sessions held after Masses next weekend (January 17 & 18). These meetings
will take place at St. Paul’s. You’ll have an opportunity to hear a very brief presentation, ask questions and provide feedback on the proposed plan. There is also a survey that accompanies the brochure which you can fill out in hard copy or on-line before or shortly after the information sessions.
Please take the time to attend one of the information sessions next week and fill out a survey. Your feedback is very important as we plan a course of action for our future. Thank you for taking
part in this important process.
