Pastor's Pen - July 10, 2016

As I go through life I often come across quotes that make my think and sometimes challenge me to grow or stretch. Here are some I have found posted on a Facebook page called “A Message from God”. Some things to ponder…

Something to think about: The people & circumstances in your life are there because God put them there. God put them there to reflect the thoughts & ideas you choose to hold in your heart as true. The fact that you may be unaware of those choices doesn't change the outcome. What changes the outcome is a change in consciousness. And what changes consciousness is awareness, followed by new choices. The changes you want in your life are TOTALLY within reach — but you will have to ask yourself some tough questions, likely followed by some uncomfortable but ultimately liberating answers. And you will have to ACT on those answers. The Kingdom of God is WITHIN YOU . . . .
